DELIVERY TIME

We aim to despatch stock items within 3 working days. All products will be shipped as soon as possible and will be delivered worldwide within 3 weeks. Deliveries are subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. We will inform you by email when items are despatched. All goods are subject to availability and may be changed at any time.

If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. Penrhyn Books will contact you to arrange this via email.
Due to the current political climate, additional security checks are taking place in many countries. This may result in a small delay to the delivery of orders to certain countries.

IMPORTANT: Customs and duty
Please note that all shipments to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

IMPORTANT: Risk of loss
All items purchased from penrhynbooks.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Goods
In the event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately either via email at info@penrhynbooks.com or by telephone on +44 (0)1244 679 238.

In the case of non-delivery please wait 14 working days from the date of your 'your order has been despatched' email in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the goods and contact us within 14 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or we will provide a refund of the cost of the goods.
